COMPUTATION OF DEFLEC96 DEFLECTIONS

DEFLEC96 deflections can be computed for a specific geographic location. Users are required to input latitude and longitude for the point in the format defined below. Position coordinates should be in NAD 83 or ITRF (not NAD27).

There are three valid formats for entering latitude
and longitude.  West longitudes are positive.  Valid formats
are:
     
     1. Degrees, minutes, and decimal seconds or
      
       Ex.  Latitude 36 45 49.0221
            Longitude 87 55 15.3201
     
     2. Degrees, and decimal minutes or

       Ex.  Latitude 36 45.8153
            Longitude 87 55.2334

     3. Decimal degrees.

       Ex.  Latitude 36.7501
            Longitude 87.9241
