version 2.18 -- 31 October, 2003 - program now returns proper orbit file when spanning two days and also does not crash when user specifies no orbit file.

version 2.17 -- 13 August, 2003 - fixed problem with observation file when request rolled over into the following day.

version 2.16 -- 03 July, 2002 - fixed problem with file getting cut off at just the header and some file that rolled into next day being cut short
