We are
responsible for maintaining the National Spatial Reference System...as I
mentioned earlier....the national reference base for position, height,
distance and direction.
This
reference system gives GPS coordinates their integrity – information
essential to ensuring the reliability of our communications, transportation,
and defense systems.
