How to Submit Antennas for Calibration

1. Send email to ngs.antcal@noaa.gov with the following information:

1. contact information (name, phone number, email address)
2. shipping address
3. information about the antennas (for example, brand, model number, number of antennas being sent)

2. The NGS Calibration Team will email you back with additional information and clarifying questions, and schedule a calibration date for your antenna or antenna group. Scheduled dates are approximate.
3. You will ship the antennas to the NGS Corbin, VA facility to arrive before the scheduled calibration date.  If antennas are not received in time, the next group in the queue will be calibrated.
4. After completing calibration, NGS

1. sends results and report via email to Provider point of contact
2. publishes calibration values to the NGS Calibrations website, and
3. ships antennas back to Provider at Provider’s expense, using Provider’s original packaging.
