The most penetrating limit of travel for the "OBSTRUCTING MOBILE CRANE AREA (EME) 197" is 395305.43 latitude and -751132.58 longitude.The UDDF and ADS were amended to indicate the possibility of an obstructing vessel area in the approaches to the runway ends 8 and 26.
