These facilities are Locator Outer Markers (LOMs), which consists of an NBD
collocated with an outer marker. If the HSP of the NDB is more than 50
feet from the HSP of the marker, the facility does not meet the
requirement for collocation, and the components (NDB and OM) must be
positioned separately. If the collocation requirement is met, only the
marker needs to be positioned.
